My dad was a first-generation American who worked for everything he had. Work ethic mattered most to him. He passed away when I was a freshman in high school, but the lessons never left.

I carried that into baseball. I wasn't the most talented, but I outworked people, and it earned me a spot in college ball.

Questions

Do I need a license?

Yes. You study for your state life exam and pass it inside a week. We don't hire people who can't clear that.

What does it cost me?

Your state licensing fee. That's the only thing you pay for. I cover your leads out of my own pocket so you can write commissions on day one.

Can I do this part time?

Only if you're looking to transition to full time once it makes sense. Every one of our $40k+/mo producers works a minimum of 60 hours a week.

What happens after I apply?

You book a call on the spot and we talk. If it's a fit, you get licensed and you're in the room with the team.
